Laser Enucleation
Minimally invasive laser enucleation (MILEP) is used to treat benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Holmium (HoLEP) or thulium (ThuLEP) laser enucleation of the prostate uses a laser resectoscope to enucleate the prostate tissue blocking the urinary tract. A morcellator and a morcescope are used to cut the prostate and remove the tissue.
To ensure your patients’ comfort, we have developed the thinnest laser resectoscope in the entire medical technology sector. With the smallest diameter currently on the market, we lie far below the standard of 26 Fr.: our Slim HoLEP lies at 22 Fr., while the Ultra Slim HoLEP is at just 18.5 Fr.

- Product Details
The SlimHoLEP with an outer diameter of 22 Fr. offers the smallest resectoscope that enables resection, morcellation and haemostasis with a single shaft. This minimally invasive laser enucleation (MILEP) is the miniaturisation of the previous standard with the same incision and image quality. It protects the ureter and minimises the risk of complications, strictures or incontinence.

The 18.5 Fr. resectoscope is the smallest resectoscope available for laser prostate resection. It generates minimal urethral trauma and, combined with the morcescope, is ideal for small prostatic hyperplasia (> 80 g) in narrow anatomies.
