Growth changes the way we communicate

Growth means more than just new products, new markets and new staff. The way we work together, communicate and take responsibility also evolves as a company grows.
That is why RZ is currently taking a close look at its own corporate culture. Over the past few months, a project team drawn from various departments has been exploring what defines RZ as a company and what is important to us for future collaboration.
This is not about external guidelines, but about a shared foundation that has emerged from within RZ itself.
