are responsible for the processing of personal data within our website in accordance with the EU  General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

With this data protection declaration we would like to inform you accordingly about the purposes of the processing of your personal data (hereinafter only “data”).


B. Use of data, processing purposes and legal bases

When contacting us, using our services (e.g. registration for our newsletter), and visiting our website, we process data. Personal data is used and processed by us solely for the purpose for which you have made this data available to us, for example through consent or to fulfil our contractual obligation. In addition, data is processed to protect our legitimate interests.

The specific processing purposes, the data concerned and the legal basis for data processing are listed below:

a) Purpose of website visit

We log your visit to our website. The following data is processed: Name of the website accessed, date and time of access, the amount of data transferred, the browser type and version, the user’s operating system used by you, the referrer URL (the previously visited page), your IP address and the requesting provider. We collect this data on the basis of our legitimate interests within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 f) GDPR.

b) contact form

If you contact us via our contact form or by e-mail, your details, surname, first name, e-mail address, your message, will be processed exclusively for the purpose of processing and handling your inquiry. These data will be processed by us on the basis of your consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 a) GDPR.

c) Newsletter

To send you promotional information, i.e. our latest products and special promotions by e-mail, you can subscribe to our newsletter. When you register for the newsletter, we use the data you have entered. Affected data are: Your e-mail address and other voluntary information (first name and surname).

The newsletter will only be sent with your prior consent in accordance with Art. 6 I a) GDPR. When registering, we obtain the following consent:

Subscription to the newsletter takes place in the so-called double opt-in procedure. To prevent misuse, we will therefore send you an e-mail after your registration in which we ask you to confirm your registration. In order to be able to prove the registration process according to the legal requirements, your newsletter registration will be logged. This includes the storage of the login and confirmation time, as well as the IP address.

d) Website analysis

We use certain cookies to analyse user behaviour on our websites, to optimise our online offering, but also to personalise content and advertisements, which are stored by your IP address. Data processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 I f) DSGVO on the basis of our legitimate interest. Please also refer to section C. b) on Google Analytics.

Transfer of your data to third parties and third countries

We use a web analysis service of Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”) as part of the website analysis Google Analytics. Google uses servers located in the USA.

In an adequacy resolution, the EU-US Privacy Shield, the EU Commission has certified that the data protection level of the above countries is identical to that of the EU. e) Use of payment service provider Stripe (payment service provider):

If you choose to use a payment method from the payment service provider Stripe, the payment will be processed via the payment service provider Stripe Payments Europe Ltd, Block 4, Harcourt Center, Harcourt Road, Dublin 2, Ireland, to which we will provide your information communicated during the ordering process and the information about Your order (name, address, account number, bank code, possibly credit card number, invoice amount, currency and transaction number) in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b Pass on DSGVO. The transfer of your data is exclusively for the purpose of payment processing with the payment service provider Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. and only insofar as it is necessary for this. C. Use of cookies

Disable Google Analytics
